Primary Summer Camp (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Ages 5-10

Astra Summer Camps run weekly from 1-July to 9-August, from 9 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays).

Our teachers take all of the fun parts of a school day at Astra to create an engaging experience for students to spend their summer holiday, with no need to wear uniforms, no homework assigned or tests to prepare for.

Each week, we have a special theme that will be incorporated into the timetable. For English, a creative writing or a fun reading activity would be offered to develop understanding of new vocabulary. For Maths, students would solve word problems related to the week's theme. Age-appropriate videos may be shown to students for a topic. Each week ends with a closing party, which may also include an exhibition of the works created throughout the week.

Healthy snacks and lunches will be served every day. Please let us know if your child has any dietary restrictions or food allergies to accomodate.

Students are welcome to sign up for the entire course or on a weekly basis. Depending on the numbers of students signed up each week, classes and activities may be divided into age groups (Ages 5-7 and Ages 8-10).

Please note that if students needs EAL support, they may be assigned different tasks that suit their language abilities, with a focus on helping to encourage development of basic English skills in a non-intensive environment.
